We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Display and Programmatic) to join our Marketing Team.
You’ll be working with our key product — the IQ Option trading platform, used by millions of users worldwide.
We cover all traffic sources, manage large budgets, and have a professional, young marketing team that drives key business decisions independently.
This is a full-time remote role (5/2) in the EET/EEST time zone, with team syncs every Friday at 11:00.

Tasks
Scaling and optimizing programmatic and display campaigns across DV360, Amazon Ads, and Criteo to drive top of the funnel awareness and conversions.
Sourcing and negotiating exclusive inventory deals (PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Deals with our partners) for premium ad placements.
Executing and managing CTV campaigns, setting up tracking frameworks to measure the true downstream effect of CTV.
Planning and executing Brand Lift Studies in DemandGen, alongside complex A/B and uplift tests to measure true incremental impact.
Designing and optimizing cross-channel user journeys, leveraging Campaign Manager 360 for tracking, frequency management, and attribution.
Diving deep into raw analytics (including CM360 path to conversion): uncovering hidden patterns, identifying growth opportunities, building hypotheses, and defending them to the team.
Managing creatives and collaborating closely with our in-house motion designers and analytics teams to adapt strategies for display, rich media, and CTV formats.
Taking ownership of ad budgets and allocating them strictly based on data-driven models and full-funnel goals.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Programmatic/Display Manager with large budgets on global markets.
Hands-on, extensive experience running campaigns in DV360, Amazon Ads, and Criteo.
Mandatory deep expertise in Campaign Manager 360, including Floodlight configuration, audience sharing, and cross-channel attribution.
Successful track record of working with the upper part of the marketing funnel, specifically dealing with CTV measurement and BLS setups.
Hardcore analytical skills: you understand mathematical statistics, make decisions exclusively on data, and can easily explain concepts like confidence intervals and p-values to the team.
Deep understanding of marketing incrementality and causal impact analysis.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and mobile measurement partners (e.g., AppsFlyer).
Native-level Russian and professional proficiency in English (B2).
Nice to have
Ability to write code (Python, SQL) for complex marketing research, data clustering, or process automation.
Experience using LLMs to accelerate script writing, data parsing, and solving non-standard analytical tasks.
Previous experience in the fintech industry.
