We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create scalable, accessible and enterprise-ready digital experiences. You will translate complex business requirements into intuitive design solutions, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams and contribute to a robust Design System that drives consistency across products.
Our ideal candidate will enjoy structured systems, logic-based prototyping and bridging the gap between design intent and production-ready UI.
Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity designs while extending the existing Design System instead of rebuilding from scratch
- Build interactive, logic-based prototypes using Figma Variables and maintain strong discipline in Auto Layout, Components and Variants
- Prepare developer handoff in Figma Dev Mode with annotations, CSS/Tailwind property mapping and pixel-accuracy checks against staging before release
- Facilitate workshops such as Design Thinking sessions, journey mapping and service blueprints to align stakeholders and resolve conflicting feedback
- Maintain structured file organization, version control and naming conventions to ensure team efficiency and auditability
- Review implemented front-end in staging and collaborate with developers to close gaps between design intent and UI behavior
- Use GenAI tools for microcopy and ideation to accelerate exploration while remaining compliant with brand and governance guidelines
- Contribute to the organization’s UI/UX Standards and Design System to ensure consistency across products
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Figma including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables and interactive prototyping
- Solid understanding of Design Systems, semantic tokens and how Figma libraries map to front-end codebases
- Practical experience applying WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards for color contrast, typography scale, focus states and keyboard navigation
- Experience designing enterprise UI patterns such as dashboards, data tables, filters and multi-step workflows
- Experience modeling interaction states including empty, loading and error states
- Proficiency with AI-assisted ideation tools such as ChatGPT and Figma plugins
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence for documentation and traceability
- Professional proficiency in both English and Thai
Nice to have
- Certifications such as NN/g UX Certification, HFI CUA/CXA, UX-PM Practitioner, IAAP CPACC, WAS, CSM, PMI-ACP or Design Thinking Practitioner
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Supply Chain or Asset Management industries
