UA Manager
- Over 1 year of hands-on experience in user acquisition
- Proven track record managing Paid Social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat) with budgets exceeding $300K.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to structure and deliver clear ideas, feedback, and instructions across teams.
- Analytical approach to campaign performance, with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Demonstrated ability to navigate shifting priorities, make quick decisions, and adapt strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in English – B2 or higher level
- Managing the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns, including launch, optimization, and scaling.
- Use a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, funnels, and creatives daily to optimize toward performance goals
- Conduct audience research from a performance marketing perspective, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and pain points.
- Researching and evaluating new user acquisition channels to expand reach and improve ROI.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in user acquisition and digital marketing technologies.
