Why this role matters
The Trading Risk Monitoring Specialist is responsible for ensuring a secure and controlled trading environment by monitoring clients’ trading behaviors, identifying high-risk customers, and assessing potential trading abuse and high cost risk. The primary goal is a proactive monitoring of the trading environment and mitigating the risk to prevent financial losses and operational exposure.
What you'll actually do
- Actively monitor the trading environment and clients’ trading activities to detect irregular patterns/abnormal behavior.
- Process different types of alerts and live monitoring to ensure secure trading activities.
- Identify the risk level in case of trading abuse or high-cost clients.
- Conduct routine checks on the company costs to detect anomalies.
- Report abnormal activities and suspicious behaviors in a timely manner.
- Escalate system bugs to the relevant department.
- Work with relevant departments to follow up and close cases.
- Take immediate action to stop abusers and implement prevention measures during high-risk attacks by the seniors' supervision.
- Data collection and preliminary case analysis.
- Conducting post-launch monitoring for changes in trading products or new releases.
- Performing additional checks that are directly connected to trading products
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (Math, Economic or Finance degree is a plus).
- Minimum 1 year of experience within the CFDs/Forex industry (e.g., monitoring dealer).
- Strong understanding of CFD Terms (Spread, Contract Size, Leverage, Margin, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Orders and Executions.
- Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) competency.
- Technical AI skills is a Plus.
- Excellent English (speaking and writing).
- Communication skills.
- Attention to details.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Ability to work shifts and weekends.
- Multitasking ability and Operational Flexibility.
- Initiative skills.

- Coordination within the Trading Risk department and collaboration with the Trading Division teams.
