We are looking for a Trade Marketing Lead to drive growth and efficiency across Dark stores and Food delivery services.
This role is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies for increasing the volume of orders and managing partners across the variety of marketing campaigns. There will be close collaboration with the other Marketing teams responsible for Upper and Mid-funnel as well as for CRM and Loyalty Program.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial thinking, deep understanding of classified and marketplace business models and analytical approach, with the ability to turn insights into high-impact trade activations that drive sales and partners engagement.
Trade & Channel Strategy:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for in-app channels (CRM, in-app placements and loyalty program) and external channels of acquisition (media, digital, influencers).
- Identify growth opportunities across dark stores, b2b delivery and food delivery.
- Align trade marketing initiatives with product, business, marketing and partners objectives.
- Develop elasticity of the incentives for the efficient acquisition and activation of the customers.
SuperApp & Partner Activation:
- Design and implement promotional mechanics, bundles, and limited-time offers to drive conversion, sales and basket size.
- Manage test marketing campaigns with the potential inDrive ecosystem partners globally.
Dark Store Execution:
- Collaborate with operations teams from the partners to ensure execution of commercial targets across all customer segments.
- Develop acquisition and activation programs tailored for dark store environments, including promotions, assortment optimization, and product launches.
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or eCommerce/Marketplace Marketing.
- Experience working with food delivery, dark stores or e-com business models.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing mechanics and analytics driving the commercial impact.
- Proven ability to design and execute promotions and activation programs that drive orders and new users acquisition.
- Analytical mindset with strong experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project coordination skills and cross-functional teams collaboration.
- Fluent English.
