Tester for Digital Customer Touchpoints
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tester for Digital Customer Touchpoints to join our team.
This role includes overseeing the testing lifecycle across our digital platforms and relevant touchpoints, ensuring thorough tests for new features in preparation for UAT, and streamlining communication to address issues.
Responsibilities
- Execute the entire testing lifecycle on digital platforms and connected touchpoints
- Prepare detailed and accurate test scenarios for new features
- Facilitate communication with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively
- Develop and manage comprehensive regression testing plans
- Write and execute test cases tailored to specific requirements
- Analyze and report test results to stakeholders with clear recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX teams to optimize testing processes
- Support the preparation and setup of systems for UATs
- Provide input to tools and test automation workflows as needed
- Ensure e-commerce capabilities are thoroughly tested to meet the standards
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing practices to align with business goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in testing roles
- Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring streamlined collaboration and reporting
- Extensive understanding of digital and e-commerce platforms with hands-on experience testing integrations and customer touchpoints
- Proficiency in regression testing, test case development, and test results analysis
- Competency in interpreting test reports and presenting actionable insights to technical and non-technical teams
- Background in coordinating UAT processes and preparing systems for testing phases
- Capability to optimize testing efficiency within Agile development environments
- Flexibility to use testing methodologies tailored to digital product lifecycles
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

- Showcase of prior experience with specific e-commerce testing scenarios or platforms
- Expertise in integrating test workflows with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with other testing tools beyond Atlassian Cloud systems
- Skills in cross-browser testing for enhanced digital platform performance
