We are looking for a strong hands-on specialist who will take ownership of the company’s internal IT infrastructure and build a modern, secure, and efficient internal environment.
This role is for someone who is interested not just in “supporting IT,” but in genuinely impacting the business: automating processes, improving security, eliminating chaos, optimizing costs, and building a mature infrastructure that scales alongside the company.
If you have a “see a problem — solve it” mindset, enjoy autonomy, want to build something strong with your own hands, and are looking for growth — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Administering and supporting the IT infrastructure: installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS), corporate software, and system applications.
- Managing Onboarding / Offboarding processes: organizing and automating the technical stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Managing IAM infrastructure: configuring SSO, MFA, role distribution, and access rights based on the Least Privilege principle.
- Developing and maintaining the MDM infrastructure (Jamf, Kandji, or similar solutions): ensuring security, standardization, and compliance of corporate devices.
- Overseeing internal information security processes: monitoring IT environment security and promptly addressing access-related vulnerabilities.
- Automating routine tasks: optimizing IT processes through scripts, workflow tools, bots, agents, and other automation solutions.
- Optimizing costs: auditing license usage and managing the IT budget efficiently.
- Taking full ownership of your domain: ensuring system stability, proactively identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Internal IT / Infrastructure / TechOps roles
- Excellent skills with Google Workspace and corporate SaaS systems
- Solid understanding of IAM / SSO / access management
- Experience with MDM solutions
- Confident administration of macOS / Windows / Linux environments
- Automation mindset: able to write scripts, eliminate manual work, and comfortable working with AI tools
- High level of independence and ownership
- Ability to move tasks forward quickly without unnecessary bureaucracy
What we offer

- Competitive salary with reviews every six months, based on your impact and market conditions.
- Flexible Lego-style benefits: 1000 USD per year to split however you like between health insurance, sports, therapy, education, language learning, and coworking.
- 20 working days of paid vacation plus 100% salary coverage during sick leave and vacations.
- Radical transparency: open stats, including our games’ revenue.
- An epic team that’s happy to share knowledge, support you, and tackle hard problems together.
