Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can be responsible for orchestrating and delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs with expertise in managing and leading initiatives from inception to development, stakeholder management and risk mitigation skills.
Essential functions
- Drive Program Execution: Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs in the video advertising space from conception to launch. Develop and manage project plans, define scope, track progress, and manage timelines and dependencies.
- Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas
- Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization- Day-to-day will include program managing, execution, risk assessments, in order to meet the overall program goals
- Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross- functional partners to formulate roadmap and manage intake pipeline- Play an active role in improving how features are built and executed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a large engineering organization accountable for the development and deployment of applications and services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence at all levels including executive leadership.
- Strong desire to learn, skills for problem solving, and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs.
- Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently with the capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment.
- Strong ability to manage cross functional priorities, establishing unified OKRs/KPIs, fostering clear communication, and encouraging efficient project delivery.
- Strong ability to document requirements, define project scope, facilitate effort estimation with technical teams, articulate schedule constraints, and manage multiple roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills and obsession for data, solid understanding of metrics measuring machine learning models and overall system quality.
- Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills, including experience leading metrics-driven projects or programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
