Why this role matters:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Corporate), you will be responsible for delivering hiring across key business functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, etc) in multiple locations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
In this role, you will ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business needs, while providing market insights and guidance on talent availability, timelines, and hiring approaches. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and supporting hiring for both mid-level and senior positions. Your ability to manage stakeholders, drive processes, and maintain a high standard of candidate experience will be critical to success.
What you'll actually do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including senior and leadership roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring plans
- Source, screen, and build pipelines of candidates across multiple geographies
- Proactively engage and convert passive candidates using targeted sourcing approaches
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, executive search techniques, etc)
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between all parties involved
- Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience
- Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape
- Support hiring managers with market realities and hiring recommendations
- Coordinate and optimize interview processes, including feedback collection and decision-making
- Maintain accurate reporting and track key recruitment metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and employment regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment strategies and processes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives targeting corporate talent
Who we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in corporate or business hiring
- Proven track record of hiring for functions such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Experience working on senior or leadership roles is a strong advantage
- Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different business functions
- Good understanding of corporate talent markets, including trends and salary benchmarks
- Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Experience in regional or international hiring environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
