Andersen is hiring a System Analyst in Kazakhstan to analyze requirements, design solutions, and support successful delivery of digital products across international projects.

Responsibilities
- Translating product initiatives (in the form of business requirements) into clear technical specifications, including writing detailed epics and tasks in Jira for the development of customer-facing services.
- Describing system interactions, data flows, and event-driven architecture, including integration with message brokers such as Kafka.
- Designing REST/SOAP services, defining data structures (JSON/XML), and maintaining up-to-date API documentation in Swagger.
- Creating and maintaining a technical knowledge base in Confluence and designing component interaction diagrams, including Sequence and Activity diagrams.
- Collaborating closely with product teams, UX/UI designers (including reviewing Figma designs from a technical feasibility perspective), and developers throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, from backlog grooming to production release.
- Designing data structures, contributing to event tracking implementation (e.g., via data layers in Google Tag Manager), and defining frontend application logic.
- Validating integrations, independently testing APIs using Postman, and assisting QA engineers in identifying and troubleshooting complex defects.
- Designing routing mechanisms (deep links and in-app navigation), notification systems (FCM/APNs), and formats for delivering UI components to the application frontend (Markdown, JSON templates).
- Maintaining reference data: organizing and managing mapping tables, statuses, UTM parameters, and product configurations, with full support for multilingual requirements (RU, EN, KZ).
- Creating troubleshooting matrices for technical support teams, including step-by-step procedures for diagnosing and resolving common issues.
Requirements
- Experience as a System / Business Analyst for 3+ years.
- Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience in API design, with a solid understanding of synchronous and asynchronous system communication.
- Good understanding of Kafka and its core concepts.
- Proficiency in BPMN and UML for visualizing business processes and system logic.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries in PostgreSQL, and a solid understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger, as well as a basic understanding of version control systems (Git).
- Proficiency with cURL for API testing and PlantUML for creating Sequence and ER diagrams as code.
- Understanding of inter-service authentication and token-based authorization mechanisms (Keycloak, Bearer tokens).
- Good understanding of the mobile application lifecycle.
- Level of English – Intermediate and above.
