We're looking for a System Analyst with a strong data background to work at the intersection of our core banking, accounting systems, and data warehouse. You'll dig into how data moves across backend modules, integrations, and reporting layers — making sure changes don't break consistency downstream — and you'll own the technical documentation and integration design that keeps everything aligned.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze technical requirements, infrastructure and data changes for core banking, accounting systems, and DWH
- Assess the impact of data changes on data consistency, pipelines, and downstream reporting/analytics layers
- Design and document system integrations, data flows, and API interactions
- Participate in architecture discussions for backend modules and infrastructure components
- Support data migrations, replication, and synchronization processes
- Investigate production incidents related to integrations, infrastructure, or data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments and system updates
- Prepare technical documentation and UML/BPMN diagrams for backend modules and system configurations
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a System Analyst / Technical Analyst on backend or infrastructure projects
- Experience with core banking or accounting platforms
- Strong understanding of data architecture: data storage solutions, ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, and DWH integration
- Solid understanding of system integrations (API, ESB, message queues, batch processes)
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) for data validation and investigation
- Ability to read logs, investigate backend issues, and support troubleshooting
- Experience designing technical documentation and system diagrams (UML, BPMN)
- English: Intermediate+ for documentation and technical communication
Nice to have:
- Understanding of data quality, data validation, and monitoring practices
- Understanding of high-availability and failover configurations
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message brokers
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API testing and integration troubleshooting
