You will be part of our Services Support team, which supports internal tools and services. We pay close attention to the service lifecycle: we assess needs to choose the right tool, monitor its effectiveness and necessity.
Responsibilities
Participating in testing projects and implementing new services and tools;
Commissioning/decommissioning services;
Documenting service administration processes and principles;
Preparing instructions for service users and first-line support;
Administrating and auditing access;
Launching and monitoring subscription/contract renewal processes;
Troubleshooting problems related to working with services and communicating with the developer's technical support to solve them;
Optimizing and automating current processes.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in technical support, 2nd or 3rd line Service Desk;
Knowledge of basic access management principles for information resources;
Knowledge and experience with system software, its installation, and configuration;
Experience with two operating systems from the list: Windows, Linux, macOS;
Administration skills with Google Workspace(perfect skills), Asana, GitHub, Microsoft, modern AI tools on Enterprise level;
Experience with administering modern services from the GameDev stack;
Experience writing technical documentation and user instructions;
Knowledge of basic software licensing principles;
Experience with Jira and JSM.
Preferred
Programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash);
DevOps experience is extremely welcome
Experience in RPA introduction
Knowledge of ITIL
Tech stack
Asana and Slack for communication and tracking of key tasks;
Google Workspace for data storage, authorization (SSO Google) and documentation;
Python, Bash and Powershell for automation.
