Now we are looking for a Supply Operations Manager to manage all processes related to production, including manufacturing, quality control, payment, and shipment of goods.
Responsibilities
- Formulate order requirements (packaging, personalized customization, labeling) for factories based on communication with stakeholders and communicate them effectively
- Manage and control the end to end procurement process, including client communication, sample verification, order placement, payment arrangement, production follow up, quality inspection and shipment.
- Control manufacturing deadlines and correct implementation of all order requirements by the factory
- Arrange quality control, payment, and shipment processes
- Urgently resolve quality control issues
- Address and resolve clients' claims on goods’ quality, shipment, etc.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the whole production process (quality control, deadline management, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of foreign trade practices (payment schemes, export, VAT refund)
- Profound experience in working with Chinese suppliers/factories/manufacturers
- Advanced level of English, with the ability to conduct negotiations
