Based on-site in our Debrecen office, you will contribute to providing seamless IT support for internal colleagues across Hungary while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to support IT infrastructure in the Debrecen office
- Ensure equipment, documentation, and processes are effectively managed and maintained
- Provide IT-related assistance to colleagues, addressing and resolving technical issues
- Operate, maintain, upgrade, and decommission assets cost-effectively
- Participate in the development and enhancement of End-User Support Service workflows
Requirements
- Active full-time student status (nappali tagozat), preferably in an IT-related field
- Availability to work 20 hours per week
- Understanding of basic principles of hardware, software, and networking
- Novice or intermediate troubleshooting skills for OS, hardware, and network issues
