As Superhuman brings together Grammarly, Coda, and Mail into a unified AI productivity suite, the role of Growth Design has become increasingly important. This is an opportunity to shape how customers discover, adopt, and engage with the broader ecosystem — not just a single product. Design plays a critical role in helping users unlock new workflows, build lasting habits, and experience the value of the suite at the right moments in their journey.
As a Staff Product Designer, Growth, you will lead the strategy and execution of activation, onboarding, and early lifecycle experiences across the Superhuman suite.
