We are looking for Solution Architect to drive the evolution of our ride-hailing and super-app platform. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams and the domains directors to define architecture strategy, ensure scalable and resilient solutions, and guide key technical decisions while supporting rapid product growth.
- Participate in system design and architectural decisionmaking in collaboration with development teams, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and resilience
- Collaborate with the architecture team to develop a long-term roadmap for the evolution of the platform architecture and technological solutions, enabling scalability and sustainable business growth
- Conduct audits of key services, identify technical debt, and propose a modernization strategy to support high load and rapid product launches
- Drive the development of architecture and related processes
- Define the architectural vision and technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and other architects
- Experience designing and implementing architectures for highload distributed systems (we handle 230K RPS across 7 regions).
- Strong understanding of both serverside and clientside architecture and their constraints.
- Excellent knowledge of modern technologies, particularly AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification is required.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills: able to shape technical vision and effectively communicate complex architectural decisions to both engineers and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate architectural collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent approaches at the platform level.
