Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced IT company of 450+ professionals.
We are looking for an Support manager (SMM) with knowledge of Turkish language at the advanced / bi-lingual level.
Duties:
- Check and respond to direct messages and comments on FB and IG promptly.
- Engage with subscribers, answer their queries, and provide information about the product.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions.
- Actively engage with potential customers and offer them a trial lesson.
- Send follow-up messages to interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paid lesson.
- Follow the sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers.
- Address objections and provide additional information as needed.
- Manage social media contests on FB and IG (respond to participant queries, and select winners based on predetermined criteria)
- Address negative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions.
