Position Overview
The Sales Manager plays a key role in building and sustaining high-value relationships that
expand Salmon Financing Inc.’s ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying strategic
opportunities to bring new Salmon partners and increase network of clients among Filipino
businesses, executing initiatives that drive mutual growth. The ideal candidate combines
business acumen with relationship management/sales expertise and thrives in a collaborative,
fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities that align with Salmon’s
business objectives.
Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycles from initial outreach and proposal to contract
execution and performance tracking.
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with external partners, ensuring shared success
and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Manager, Sales Leads, and Operations teams to
develop integrated acquisition initiatives.
Represent Salmon in industry events, partner meetings, and business forums.
Conduct meetings and deliver presentations of Salmon’s banking products to micro and
small business clients.
Prepare reports on partnership performance, client acquisition effectiveness, and overall
business outcomes of partners and clients.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership models within
the fintech and financing sectors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline is an
advantage.
1-2 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or
strategic alliances.
Proven track record in negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
Familiarity with fintech, lending, or financial services preferred.
Own motorcycle is a plus, as it facilitates visits and engagement with partners in the field.
