We’re looking for an experienced Short-Form Drama Writer to join us on an initial project basis and help build a new AI-assisted approach to developing serialized mobile drama.
The core of the role is hands-on: developing and improving short-drama concepts and scripts, working with AI writing tools, and using real audience and acquisition signals to make stories stronger.
We’re open to different levels of seniority. You may be a strong individual contributor with deep short-drama production experience, or a Lead / Head Writer who can also help us design the wider writing workflow and eventually build the function.
This is initially a project-based engagement, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role as the function develops and if there is a strong mutual fit.
You’ll help us build and refine an AI-assisted script development pipeline for short-form drama.
Depending on your background, this could range from working directly with scripts and AI writing tools to helping us design the broader writing operation: how ideas are developed, how writers are briefed, how scripts are reviewed and iterated, and how audience and paid acquisition insights feed back into storytelling.
The goal is to create a process where creative performance data continuously improves both the stories we produce and the AI tools supporting the writing process.
Experience managing writers, working with outsourced or freelance writing teams, building editorial processes, or connecting paid acquisition performance with the development of the series itself is a strong advantage - but it is not required for every candidate we’d like to meet.
