Service Quality Control Specialist
At CreedRoomz, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class live gaming experiences. We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will monitor our daily operations, ensure team members follow company standards, and help us maintain high-quality service.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 / 10:00 – 19:00
Location: Yerevan, Garegin Hovsepyan 20 (On-site)
Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control or video surveillance.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to assess situations fairly and objectively.
- Good written and spoken English and Russian.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily work processes and video streams to make sure employees follow company rules and standards.
- Ensure full compliance with internal company policies and guidelines.
- Check and analyze data related to work quality.
- Prepare clear and accurate quality reports for management.
- Point out mistakes or areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the team lead.
