We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead and coordinate the user-centered planning, exploration, ideation, and evaluation process for creating and improving services, products, and environments, contributing to product and service objectives based on user needs and usage contexts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct SWOT analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, task mapping, JBTD, user task stories, and flowcharts
- Map process pain points and identify opportunity areas
- Develop user journey maps, experience maps, blueprints, and define service/product/initiative ecosystems and strategy
- Create insight mapping, point of view statements, and "how might we" frameworks
- Define value proposition canvas, service value proposition, service ecosystem, and vision
- Facilitate co-creation sessions, ideation sessions, and visualization exercises using canvas and idea matrices, evaluation/innovation matrices, and design criteria matrices
- Produce storyboards, narratives, concept tutorials, experience principles, service pillars, and touchpoint briefs
- Build service blueprints, service offerings, service/experience prototypes, and offerings/touchpoints maps
- Establish service roadmaps, service specifications, and customer engagement plans and models
- Map organizational skills, structure, and culture, and develop business model canvases
- Define service/product/initiative ecosystem strategy, strategy maps, and brand ratio
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project design stages and comprehensive proposals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
- Knowledge of stakeholder mapping, client interviews, and interview guide creation
- Expertise in problem statement definition, ecosystem maps, purpose canvases, and success metrics
- Skills in user research, including in-depth interviews, surveys, and contextual analysis
- Proficiency in planning and conducting usability tests to evaluate and improve product design
- Background in user profiling, group interviews, shadowing, service safari, focus groups, diary/camera studies, and role-playing methods
- Familiarity with Figma, Mural, Miro, FigJam, and similar collaborative design tools
- Competency in Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Forms
- Understanding of Optimal Workshop, Maze, Hotjar, Jira, Confluence, and similar research and project management tools
- Understanding of data visualization components and dashboard language structure and purpose
