Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire testing process, driving continuous improvement and aligning activities with project goals
- Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance, and manual workflows
- Own the implementation of automation frameworks and testing tools based on project needs
- Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges in frameworks and methodologies
- Ensure ongoing improvement and optimization of frameworks and scripts for scalability and reliability
- Provide technical direction to enhance testing efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Rich experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Testing or Test Automation
- Proven experience planning and leading a full testing program — automation, performance, and functional
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining test frameworks for Web, Mobile, Windows Applications, and APIs from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to improve frameworks using design patterns, coding standards, and optimization for scalability and reliability
- Proficiency in Cantonese is required
- The finance project background is an advantage
