Senior Software Engineer - Pega

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Pega to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications, leveraging Pega expertise to build reusable components and robust workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Pega, focusing on API development and workflow management
• Manage the entire development process, including design, development, and deployment stages
• Write reusable components to support scalable and maintainable solutions
• Create unit test cases using established testing frameworks
• Perform browser testing and debugging to ensure application quality and performance
• Learn and adopt new technologies as project needs evolve
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements

• 5-10 years of overall experience in IT, with 5+ years of development experience in Pega
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• Proficiency in API development and workflow management using Pega
• Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and unit test case frameworks
• Experience with other low-code platforms
• Capability to work effectively both individually and within a team
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and results-oriented approach

Nice to have

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile and waterfall
