Senior SAP MDM/MDG Developer

We are looking for a Senior SAP MDM/MDG Developer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance activities across Business Partner, Material, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and other master data domains
• Ensure proper use of EBX along with approved processes for master data creation and maintenance
• Define and track data quality KPIs to measure ongoing performance
• Coordinate data cleansing and enrichment activities to maintain high data standards
• Coordinate end-to-end data migration activities across all BORA streams
• Ensure migration requirements remain aligned with functional design and SAP configuration
• Coordinate source-to-target mapping activities across functional streams
• Ensure alignment between Atlas, SAP ECC, EBX, and SAP S/4HANA data structures
• Define the reconciliation strategy and establish supporting controls
• Ensure financial, master data, and operational reconciliations are completed successfully
• Coordinate data migration activities during cutover, including dress rehearsals and mock migration cycles
• Participate in Cutover Command Centre activities and monitor migration risks during go-live
• Act as the central coordination point between the Global MDM Team, Brazil MDM Team, BORA Functional Streams, Atlas Teams, Data Migration Team, DT&A, Business Process Owners, and PMO
• Prepare executive updates and governance reports, communicating risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Facilitate decision-making sessions and workshops with key stakeholders

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Master Data Management and Master Data Governance
• Strong knowledge of master data domains including Business Partner, Material, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Proven experience with EBX or similar master data governance tools
• Solid understanding of data quality management principles, including KPI definition and monitoring
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating large-scale data migration projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures
• Experience with source-to-target mapping and data transformation validation
• Familiarity with reconciliation strategies and controls for financial and master data
• Experience supporting cutover planning, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating across global, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and facilitate workshops
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent English language skills (C1 level or higher)

Nice to have

• Experience working within the retail, consumer goods, or similar industry sectors
• Familiarity with Atlas systems and their integration with SAP environments
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and Dress Rehearsal testing cycles in large-scale migration projects
• Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements related to data migration activities
