Senior SAP GRC Consultant (AC)
We are looking for a Senior SAP GRC Consultant (AC) to join our team. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of access governance and enjoys solving complex authorization challenges. You will play a key part in strengthening our clients' security posture while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across their SAP landscape.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain PFCG roles, composite roles, and derived roles to support structured and secure access management
- Administer user master records and assign authorizations using SU01 and SU10 to ensure appropriate system access
- Analyze and resolve authorization issues using SU53, ST01, and SU24 to maintain smooth and uninterrupted system operations
- Identify and mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts to support risk compliance and strengthen internal controls
- Perform authorization updates and execute SU25 steps during system upgrades to ensure continuity and accuracy of access controls
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations
- Expert knowledge of transaction codes, including PFCG, SU24, SU01, SU10, and SU53
- Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP Fiori authorizations
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and GRC methodologies
- Clear communication skills for effective interaction with business and audit teams
- Fluency in the Serbian language
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
