Senior SAP Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP solutions aligned with business needs and technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and deliver impactful features
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective SAP configurations and enhancements
- Provide expert guidance on SAP modules and contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure the reliability and stability of SAP applications
- Participate in the full solution lifecycle, from planning and design through to deployment and support
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose enhancements to existing systems and technical practices
- Engage in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional relevant expertise in SAP engineering
- Solid experience with Personnel Management and Administration within SAP
- Practical knowledge of SAP-HR, including Organizational Management, for structuring and maintaining organizational data
- Hands-on experience with Time Management, including Time Evaluation, for accurate tracking and processing of employee time data
- Comfortable working in English-speaking environments (B2 level or higher)
