Senior SAP CAP Node.js Developer
We are looking for a Senior SAP CAP Node.js Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of cloud-based SAP solutions, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Conduct code reviews and develop features based on best software development practices, ensuring clean code and clean design
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs
- Write technical and user documentation
- Cooperate with the team, track its performance and needs
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders on technical topics, provide required metrics to management
- Participate in the setup, improvement and implementation of development processes
- Provide design and architectural decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven engineering experience in SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, Node.js, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.IO)
- Experience working as a team leader focused on cloud, SAP, architecture and mentoring an org structure with 10+ people
- Proficiency in design principles and competency in microservice architecture
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
- Background in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database and SAP CAP (Java, Node.js)
- English proficiency level B2 and higher
