We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business or Solution Architect to drive the growth and excellence of our Salesforce practice in Ukraine.
This role will focus on leading innovative Salesforce initiatives, mentoring talent, and delivering impactful solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and more, supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys.
Responsibilities
- Drive and lead the Salesforce practice in Ukraine, developing new offerings and refining existing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Grow the Salesforce talent pool by mentoring, coaching and supporting recruitment and upskilling initiatives
- Discover and identify Salesforce opportunities with EPAM teams and clients, shaping digital transformation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and define solutions leveraging Salesforce products
- Work with clients to deliver Salesforce solutions that provide tangible value and drive business outcomes
- Apply creative engineering mindset to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions from ideation to production
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud or related products
- Experience overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring completion on time and within scope
- Ability to drive daily team operations in cooperation with Tech Leads, Solution Architects and Product Owners
- Proven track record in client communication, reporting and project governance
- Expertise in exploring business problems and converging them into applied Salesforce technical solutions
- Skills in pre-sales, solution definition, resource planning and estimation activities
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions from concept to production with technical leadership
- Track record of delivering complex Salesforce-powered programs to clients in a leadership position
- Experience managing and growing teams to scale up Salesforce capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in active listening, writing and presentation with a drive for problem-solving and creative solutions
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)

- Expertise in business domains such as CPG, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare/Life Sciences
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, CPQ & Billing or Einstein and AI capabilities
