We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and support Salesforce projects, providing top-notch solutions and ensuring client success. This role involves process mapping, system implementation, and collaboration with various stakeholders, while demonstrating strong technical and soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Define the scope and size of Salesforce projects in alignment with client requirements
- Drive projects using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective delivery
- Facilitate requirements workshops, analyze client needs and obtain formal approvals
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE business processes for system optimization
- Create epics and user stories with Salesforce design suggestions for development teams
- Support stakeholders and business units during UAT and manage bug triage
- Assist Salesforce engineers in root cause analysis for technical challenges
- Provide Train-the-Trainer sessions and draft functional documentation
- Oversee post-go-live and hyper-care project activities for smooth transitions
Requirements
- Proficiency in Service Cloud implementation with hands-on project experience
- 5+ years of experience on the Salesforce.com platform with involvement in B2B sales and service support processes
- Expertise in implementing support processes like email2case, live chat, chatBOT, omnichannel and case escalation
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and process design tools like Signavio
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification
- Advanced competency in English (B2 level or higher) for effective stakeholder communication
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of Sales Cloud functionality
- Consulting experience within the retail industry
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Familiarity with Jira and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Understanding of Einstein Service features and key Salesforce CRM capabilities
