- and project-level measurement frameworks.
- Design and improve longitudinal studies (sampling, weighting, bias correction)
- Develop and validate indices (normalization, aggregation, robustness checks)
- Ensure data quality and consistency across datasets and waves
- Support causal analysis and interpretation of results
- Advise teams on survey design and measurement frameworks
- Strong background in quantitative research / econometrics / statistics
- Hands-on experience with:
- panel data or longitudinal analysis
- sampling and weighting
- bias detection and correction
- Ability to work with imperfect, real-world data
- 4–6 years in research, data, consulting
- You care about validity, not just results
- You can clearly explain what can and cannot be interpreted
- You understand trade-offs between rigor and reality
- Build measurement systems (not one-off research)
