About the roleWe are building a system to measure real-world change — shifts in behavior, systems, and opportunities.
This includes:
- longitudinal population panels,
- cross-country indices (e.g., Child Visibility Index),
- and project-level measurement frameworks.
We are looking for a

- Develop and validate indices (normalization, aggregation, robustness checks)
- Ensure data quality and consistency across datasets and waves
- Support causal analysis and interpretation of results
- Advise teams on survey design and measurement frameworks
- Strong background in quantitative research / econometrics / statistics
- Hands-on experience with:
- panel data or longitudinal analysis
- sampling and weighting
- bias detection and correction
- Ability to work with imperfect, real-world data
- 4–6 years in research, data, consulting
Mindset- You care about validity, not just results
- You can clearly explain what can and cannot be interpreted
- You understand trade-offs between rigor and reality
- Build measurement systems (not one-off research)
- Work on cross-country impact problems
- High ownership and direct influence on decisions
