We’re looking for a Senior AQA Engineer to take ownership of the quality assurance process end-to-end - from designing and implementing test automation infrastructure to validating complex client–web–backend systems. You'll develop and execute automated E2E tests for web applications and APIs, ensuring new features land smoothly and system stability is never compromised.
Using Python, you'll build and maintain automation frameworks, test utilities, and internal tooling that scale with a growing platform. Working closely with development and QA teams, you'll drive high test coverage and keep automation reliable and robust across services.
You'll also stay ahead of the curve by quickly picking up new technologies and monitoring platforms - think Datadog, Logz.io, and similar tools - adapting as the tech stack evolves.

- 5+ years of experience as a Python developer or automation developer, preferably in a Linux environment.
- Experience working with automation frameworks such as Pytest, Robot Framework, or Cucumber.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Selenium, demonstrating proficiency in automating browser-based applications.
- Strong experience with REST API automation testing and a deep understanding of REST API principles.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTTP, REST, HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, or similar relational databases.
- Experience working with source control systems such as Git, TFS, or similar tools.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
Qualifications
- Experience developing automation infrastructure or internal testing frameworks.
- Experience working within a Linux environment with scripting skills (Bash/Shell).
- Experience building or working with CI/CD pipelines and understanding the automation development lifecycle (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms).
- Experience working with monitoring and visualization tools such as Datadog, Logz.io, or Tableau.
- Experience with mobile automation testing and familiarity with Appium.
- Experience working with containerized environments such as Docker.
- Experience designing scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing.
Would be a plus
- Experience building AI agents that interact with test infrastructure.
- Experience integrating LLMs with CI/CD pipelines to review automated test results, generate test execution reports, and suggest potential fixes or root-cause insights for failed tests
- Experience using AI for test and UI analysis, including screenshot analysis, accessibility tree analysis, and log analysis
- Familiarity with AI APIs or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, or similar LLM services) to support QA automation workflows.
