Senior QA Analyst, Collaboration Platform
About the Position
We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to help ensure the delivery of high quality software products within a collaborative Agile environment. In this role, you will contribute to the quality strategy across multiple products, combining exploratory and structured testing approaches while working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Technical Writers.

We are supporting the development of a collaboration and productivity platform used by enterprise teams to manage projects, documentation, and workflows. The product integrates with widely used tools and focuses on delivering a reliable user experience across multiple browsers and environments. The project emphasizes product quality, continuous delivery, and close collaboration across cross functional teams.
About the Team
You will work within a cross functional Agile team that includes Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Technical Writers. The team values collaboration, shared ownership of quality, continuous improvement, and practical problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Plan and estimate testing activities during iteration and release planning.
- Validate product requirements through system level functional, integration, compatibility, and performance testing.
- Perform exploratory and structured manual testing across multiple products and features.
- Investigate, reproduce, document, and help prioritize reported defects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Technical Writers to maintain product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support quality assurance efforts for browser compatibility and integrations with Jira, Confluence, and related plugins.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvements while supporting frequent product releases.
- Assess testing priorities and focus on activities that provide the highest business value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands on experience in software testing.
- Experience with manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Experience creating and maintaining testing checklists.
- Practical experience testing web applications.
- Understanding of business logic, usability, and user interface testing.
- Knowledge of HTTP requests, including the differences between GET and POST methods.
- Basic understanding of web security concepts, including XSS.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and common software development methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- ISTQB certification.
- Experience with Jira administration.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience using mind maps during testing activities.
- Knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
- Experience with security testing.
