Senior Python Developer with AI expertise
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with AI expertise to join an early-stage product environment focused on building an AI-driven backend system. The role centers on leveraging Python and FastAPI to deliver scalable, innovative solutions through rapid iteration and validation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement backend services using Python and FastAPI, ensuring robustness and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product owners, analysts and client managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Lead technical discussions and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and knowledge sharing within the team
- Manage multiple concurrent development tasks, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and project needs
- Drive continuous improvement by researching new AI methodologies and backend technologies relevant to the project
- Promote best practices in coding, testing and deployment processes
- Facilitate regular communication within the team and with external stakeholders to align on progress and challenges
Requirements
- 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Python core development with a focus on backend architecture and performance optimization
- Expertise in AI and large language model (LLM) technologies, applying them to real-world backend systems
- Proficiency in building scalable backend services with FastAPI
- Strong analytical skills for conducting technical research, evaluating emerging tools and integrating innovative solutions
- Capability to manage autonomous tasks, prioritize work and proactively solve problems under dynamic project conditions
- Competency in leading technical discussions and code reviews
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
