About the Project
You will work with large-scale marketing and engagement datasets, helping the business better understand artist performance, fan behavior, campaign effectiveness, and digital trends across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines in Python for ingesting data from external marketing and social platforms
- Design scalable data processing workflows for campaign, engagement, audience, and content analytics
- Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and pipeline reliability improvements
- Collaborate with analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver actionable insights
- Automate data extraction, transformation, aggregation, and reporting processes
- Support dashboarding and analytical use cases for marketing and artist performance tracking
- Work with structured and semi-structured data at scale
- Participate in architecture discussions and continuous platform improvements
Requirements
- Strong Python experience focused on data engineering and ETL development
- Solid SQL knowledge and experience working with analytical databases
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and external data platforms
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Experience with orchestration and workflow tools (Airflow or similar)
- Experience processing large-scale datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with marketing, audience, or engagement analytics platforms
- Experience with media, entertainment, or music industry projects
- Knowledge of dbt, Snowpark, or modern ELT architectures
- Experience building marketing attribution or audience analytics solutions
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
