We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and ETL data pipelines. The role includes API integrations, Kubernetes-based deployments, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements
- Develop and maintain data processing workflows that support reliable and efficient data movement
- Deploy and manage containerized applications within orchestrated cloud environments
- Build and integrate APIs to enable seamless communication between systems and services
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Python 3.x fundamentals, including data structures, functions, modules, exception handling, and object-oriented programming
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience creating and maintaining ETL data pipelines
- Experience developing and integrating APIs
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools, preferably GitHub Actions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AWS
- Experience using Pydantic for data validation and settings management
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and GitHub Copilot
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Familiarity with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure as code
