Responsibilities
- Experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead enterprise Java-based delivery projects, including emerging AI initiatives. This role goes beyond classic Scrum Master responsibilities — we need someone with strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and enough technical/consulting background to understand architecture, engineering challenges, and delivery risks. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive execution, manage priorities in Jira, facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, and ensure smooth collaboration between business and engineering stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving technologies and requirements.
SKILLS
Must have
- strong delivery ownership stakeholder management, technical/consulting background to understand architecture, engineering challenges, and delivery risks (Java-based technology)
