We are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst – Production Management & Batch Optimization to join our dynamic operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing production batch alerts, identifying trends and recurring issues, and collaborating with cross-functional support teams to improve operational stability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production support, batch processing environments, Autosys scheduling, and operational analytics using Snowflake. You will play a key role in driving optimization initiatives, reducing recurring incidents, and enhancing the overall production support ecosystem.
Essential functions
- Perform in-depth analysis of production support and batch alert data using Snowflake to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and recurring operational issues.
- Identify high-impact applications or batch processes generating excessive alerts and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with application support teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to implement process improvements and reduce production incidents.
- Analyze existing Autosys batch workflows and JIL configurations to recommend optimizations for improved performance and operational efficiency.
- Support incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution activities within production environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational processes.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Autosys batch operations and production support processes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for management review.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures, compliance standards, and SLA requirements.
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, or Production Management within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Autosys batch scheduling, job monitoring, and JIL configuration management.
- Mandatory experience with Snowflake for data analysis, querying, and operational reporting.
- Strong experience with batch processing and production operations support.
- Experience analyzing production incidents, alerts, logs, and operational data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex operational issues.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Experience in incident management, monitoring tools, and operational support processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience with cloud platforms and modern data technologies.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation using Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and production support best practices.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Prior experience driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Understanding of banking, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience creating operational dashboards and reporting solutions.
