The Driver Acquisition & Activation stream is focused on attracting new drivers to inDrive and ensuring their successful start on the platform. Our goal is to maximize the conversion from first interest through successful registration to completing first trips — the 1st, 5th, 10th, 50th, and beyond. We optimize acquisition channels, streamline onboarding, remove barriers for new drivers, and create the most comfortable conditions for starting work.
As the
Senior Product Manager leading this stream, you will own the end-to-end driver funnel — from acquisition through activation — define its product strategy, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to grow and retain our driver supply across markets.
- Define and execute the product strategy for driver acquisition and activation, aligning the new driver experience with company growth goals.
- Partner with marketing, growth, and operations teams to optimize acquisition channels and lower the cost per acquisition.
- Analyze and streamline the journey from registration to the first trip to speed up driver adaptation and improve the user experience.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles to starting work, such as complex registration, unclear requirements, and technical issues.
- Work with engineering, analytics, marketing, and support to deliver projects that improve acquisition, onboarding, and activation metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators—like conversion rates and time-to-first-trip—using data to find friction points and guide decisions.
- Gather and use feedback from new drivers to understand their challenges and turn those insights into product improvements.
- 5+ years in product management or service development, preferably in mobile applications, transportation and mobility services, or marketplace platforms, including experience owning a product area or stream end to end
- Ability to propose and implement innovative solutions that improve acquisition and onboarding and increase driver activation, with the judgment to prioritize initiatives in alignment with long-term company goals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments (engineering, analytics, marketing, support) to deliver integrated projects
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
- Deep understanding of new driver needs, with the ability to translate feedback into product improvements and a commitment to a seamless, efficient platform experience
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+), Russian is a plus
