We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager who will drive the end-to-end productization of a dynamic user experience and build scalable growth loops across inDrive’s product portfolio. This person will integrate user behavior insights, partner with ML/DS teams to enable personalization at scale, and ensure a consistent user experience across all stages of the customer journey
- Lead the end to end productization of a user experience that dynamically orchestrates customer value interventions across acquisition, cross sell, upsell, and retention
- This role is pivotal to inDrives ambition to build growth loops for the product portfolio
- Translate customer behavior insights into segmented programmable customer journeys, stitched across product surfaces
- Own the roadmap for growth hypotheses of activation, engagement and monetisation, as well as the consistency of user experience for existing and new verticals
- Partner with ML/DS teams to test for future integration of hybrid AI stacks, combining scoring models and embedding based retrieval to drive personalized actions at scale
- Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, data science, and business to scale interventions across acquisition, engagement, and monetization loops
- Identify, size, and prioritize the most impactful opportunities through data analysis, user research, and experimentation
- Develop clear success metrics, measure performance, and iterate quickly to optimize growth initiatives
- Champion a global, product first mindset leveraging inDrives ecosystem to create scalable, enduring value for users around the world
- 5 years of product leadership experience, with a deep focus on consumer apps, personalization infrastructure, or super app lifecycle automation at scale
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar tech major
- Experience leading growth initiatives or marketplace products at a tech forward company which scaled to millions of users across diverse geographies or segments
- Proven success launching new products or features from 0→1 and driving sustained adoption and engagement
- Proven track record of driving growth through experimentation, data driven insights, and cross functional collaboration
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a bold vision
- Deep understanding of experimentation, funnel optimization, and data driven product development in a fast paced, high impact environment
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional teams, from engineering and design to marketing and business, to deliver measurable business outcomes
