At inDrive, we’re not just building a ride-hailing app — we’re building a financial platform at global scale. Our lending product is one of the fastest-growing verticals in the company. We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who thrives where data work directly drives product and revenue decisions.
This is a rare combination: the stability of a well-funded global company with the speed and ownership of an early-stage product. If you want your analysis to shape a product used by millions, we’d love to talk.
- Define the metrics that matter — design, calculate, and monitor KPIs for new product features and initiatives across the credit funnel
- Drive funnel optimization — identify where users drop off, why, and which levers move conversion at each stage
- Surface growth opportunities — dig into data to find product directions worth betting on
- Assess business value — model expected profit from new projects and features before launch, and track actual vs. forecast after
- Run A/B experiments end-to-end — from hypothesis and test design through statistical analysis to rollout decisions
- Define pricing strategy — run tests and analyze how rate, term, and eligibility settings affect conversion, default rates, and portfolio health
- Build the analytics foundation — maintain documentation, create data marts, and partner with the Data team to ensure clean, reliable product data
- Translate findings into decisions — deliver crisp recommendations to product and business teams so insights actually change what gets built
- 3+ years in product analytics or data science, with a track record of influencing product decisions — not just reporting numbers
- Strong statistical foundation: A/B testing, causal inference, time series
- Advanced SQL — comfortable writing and optimizing complex queries across large datasets
- Python proficiency — pandas, numpy, and the rest of the standard data stack
- Experience with BI and visualization tools: Redash, Tableau, or similar
- Structured thinking and a product mindset — you balance analytical rigor with business pragmatism
- Bonus: background in fintech, lending, or marketplace products at scale
- English: Professional Working Proficiency
- Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 1100+ cities in 48 countries
- Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs
- Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program
- Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects
- Work alongside people who take initiative, speak openly, and challenge themselves to grow
- Improve your language skills through co-financed courses and internal speaking clubs
