We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to strengthen our team. If you’d like to work on exciting projects alongside a friendly and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for someone who:
- Love games, especially midcore titles, survival games, and RPGs, and want to focus specifically on analyzing player behavior in games.
- Believe that great product analytics requires the analyst to be deeply immersed in the game itself. You’ll be playing a lot — both our game and similar titles from our competitors.
- Is primarily interested in research and uncovering insights rather than the purely technical side of analytics, although technical tasks will naturally be part of the job as well.
- See analytics not as an end goal, but as a tool for understanding how a product actually works and what can be done to make it work even better.
- Is at least a bit of a game designer at heart: you want to contribute to gameplay and are ready to back up your ideas with data presented in a clear and accessible way to the rest of the team.
- Strive to stay objective and critically evaluate even the hypotheses you personally like. Especially the hypotheses you personally like.
You're the right fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in the game development industry.
- Excellent knowledge of key product metrics for F2P games.
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL / ClickHouse) and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries.
- Experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or DataLens.
- Deep knowledge of mathematical statistics and A/B testing.
- The ability to communicate your thoughts clearly and visualize data effectively.
- Extensive gaming experience and a genuine interest in the games industry.
It’ll be a big plus if you have:
- Experience working with devtodev.
- Knowledge of R.
- Experience working with Airflow.
- Experience in marketing analytics.
- A higher technical education degree, such as mathematics, economics, or a related field.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
What you'll be doing:
- Researching and analyzing game economy, balance, updates, player behavior, and the impact of external factors on the product.
- Developing reports and providing data-driven recommendations for improving our games.
- Fostering a culture of proactively exploring ideas and developing hypotheses to improve our products.
Why we are the perfect workplace for you:
- The opportunity to be part of a passionate and creative team.
- Diverse and engaging tasks with a tangible impact on the project.
- A flexible work schedule that suits both night owls and early birds.
- Company-sponsored training (courses and conferences).
- Support for learning and maintaining English language proficiency.
- Support for employee interests through hobby clubs.
- Paid sick days.
- Company gifts for work anniversaries and special occasions.
Please note that this position includes a short test assignment as part of the hiring process
