As a Pricing Manager, you will help shape how millions of customers experience value throughout their lifecycle, partnering across Product, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Payments & Billing, Legal, and Engineering to evolve our pricing and promotion strategies. This role sits at the intersection of customer behavior, experimentation, commercial strategy, and data-driven decision making. You will combine analytical thinking with curiosity and creativity to unlock sustainable payer growth while championing experiences that put our members first.

What You'll Do
Define and evolve pricing and promotional strategies across Bumble and Badoo to support payer acquisition, conversion, retention, and long-term customer value
Partner closely with the Director of Pricing & Monetization, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to shape pricing strategy across the full customer lifecycle, balancing customer experience with commercial outcomes
Lead pricing experimentation initiatives, including A/B test design, setup, monitoring, analysis, and recommendation development to optimize monetization performance
Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, elasticity, and promotional effectiveness to generate actionable commercial insights and pricing recommendations
Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to develop deeper customer segmentation, behavioral modeling, and value-based pricing approaches
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Payments & Billing, Legal, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure pricing changes are operationally scalable, compliant, and customer-centric
Support pricing governance, forecasting, and risk assessment activities to help drive sustainable revenue growth and informed decision-making
Use AI tools and data-driven workflows to improve analysis efficiency, identify emerging trends, enhance experimentation practices, and support faster insight generation while applying thoughtful human judgment.
Ensure billing configuration changes are accurately input, validated, and quality-checked with a high level of attention to detail to minimize risk, and ensure configurations are implemented correctly and efficiently.
Champion an agile mindset by adapting quickly to new insights, testing opportunities, and evolving customer needs while maintaining a high standard of execution
Build strong collaborative relationships across global teams, communicating complex pricing concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
About You
Typically requires 6+ years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills.
Experience in pricing, monetization, revenue optimization, growth strategy, commercial analytics, or a related function within a digital consumer business
Strong understanding of pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, subscription and consumable product models, and customer lifecycle monetization
Experience designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to inform commercial decisions
Ability to translate complex quantitative analysis and customer research into clear recommendations and measurable business impact
Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and operational stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Experience working with behavioral science principles, value-based pricing strategies, customer segmentation, or pricing optimization models is highly valued
Familiarity with statistical modeling, forecasting methodologies, SQL, experimentation tooling, or pricing algorithms preferred
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence through collaboration, clarity, and evidence-based recommendations
Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, uncover insights, support analysis, and enhance decision-making while applying responsible and inclusive judgment

Gaming, subscription, social platform, or dating industry experience is helpful but not required
