Senior Power Automate Developer
We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation workflows that streamline business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop)
- Develop and enhance Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to support business applications
- Integrate automation solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Dataverse, and external APIs
- Create and maintain custom connectors for third-party integrations
- Refactor and optimize existing flows for performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement data validation, error handling, and logging in automation workflows
- Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of automation solutions
- Follow governance and security best practices for Power Platform solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and relational data modeling
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services and REST APIs
- Basic scripting skills (Power Fx, JavaScript, or Python)
- Understanding of RPA concepts and process automation best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps or AI Builder
- Knowledge of Automation Anywhere or other RPA tools
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for Power Platform deployments
