• Optimizing client performance, including RAM and CPU usage
• Profiling, including building automated profiling systems and tracking optimization results in production
• Refactoring existing features
• Running R&D and introducing new technologies
• Optimizing server side and networking logic
• Strong profiling skills, including tools such as Unity Profiler and Memory Profiler
• Proven experience working with Unity
• Experience optimizing gameplay logic and working with assets
• Solid understanding of memory management
• Experience with native profilers and physics optimization
• Experience mentoring or leading a team
• Experience working with networking and multiplayer systems, especially MMO
