We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to own and scale core operational processes in our Courier vertical on multiple markets in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role within a compact HQ Operations team, with broad ownership and autonomy. You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, improve service quality and safety, and build sustainable operational processes while working closely with Product, Ops, Support, Analytics, Legal, and external partners.

- Own and improve end-to-end courier operations with a focus on service quality, reliability, and safety
- Define, maintain, and scale operational processes, standards, and SOPs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Support, Safety, and other teams
- Analyze operational performance and drive data-driven improvements
- Own operational aspects of support and escalations for complex cases
- Manage onboarding, setup, and performance of external service providers
- Identify risks and operational gaps and ensure timely mitigation
- Tailor the solutions to regional specifics and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Operations / Logistics / Delivery / Marketplace environments
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
- Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- An analytical and process-driven approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of English proficiency
