Senior Officer System Development and Data

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and correct data entry into BPS directories
• Data quality control, regular updating of information in BPS;
• Conducting quarterly audits of directories for compliance with established standards.
• Interacting with IT and APEX teams to coordinate BPS improvements and enhancements;
• Participating in planning and implementing initiatives to develop the system's functionality.
• Collecting and analyzing information about emerging problems in the system's operation;
• Initiating and supporting improvements to increase the stability and efficiency of BPS.
• Conducting testing of new BPS tasks and modules by the resource planning department's functionality
• Communication about system updates with end users of the resource planning department
• Ensuring that the requirements of supply chain departments are correctly taken into account when developing and updating the system.
• Updating the instructions for directories and communicating with end users

Requirements:

• Education: Higher education in information technology, finance, management or logistics.
•  Work experience from 1 to 3 years in positions related to systems analytics, business systems support, planning or logistics.
• Language skills:Fluent in Russian; Conversational level of Kazakh; English at a level not lower than Intermediate
• Professional skills and knowledge: Knowledge and experience of working in the BPS system is an advantage;
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas);
• Developed analytical skills: the ability to collect, structure and interpret data;
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail;
• Developed communication skills, the ability to work in a team and interact with different functions and levels.
