Senior Officer Corporate Communications FlyArystan

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of FlyArystan’s communication strategy.
• Participate in media planning and the development of PR activities aligned with the company’s business and communication objectives.
• Participate in the development and implementation of brand communications aimed at strengthening FlyArystan’s positioning and reputation.
• Develop and implement newsworthy initiatives, PR campaigns and special communication projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, comments, interviews, Q&As, key messages and other communication materials.
• Organize and support interviews, press events, media visits, corporate and image-building events.
• Participate in organizing the company’s social and charitable initiatives and provide communication support.
• Participate in engagement with government authorities and other key stakeholders on corporate communication matters.
• Monitor the media and social networks, analyze the information landscape and prepare response recommendations.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of crisis communications.
• Prepare and adapt materials in Kazakh, Russian and English.
• Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of PR, media and communication activities.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, journalism or editing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Kazakh and Russian; English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Understanding of how the media operates and experience in working with journalists and influencers.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Media monitoring and information landscape analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
• Experience in the transport industry, IT, infrastructure, tourism, government institutions or other related fields is an advantage.
• Interest in aviation and a desire to develop a career in the industry.
