We are looking for a Senior .NET Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions within our travel platform, leveraging cutting-edge agentic coding tools and collaborating with AI agents to optimize performance and code quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver complex features and services for the travel platform on a full-stack development team
- Validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability, setting quality standards within the team
- Refactor and migrate outdated services and architectures through cloud-native design patterns
- Write clean, testable, and optimized high-performance code, whether authored manually or collaboratively with AI agents
- Automate repetitive engineering workflows such as testing, documentation, and code review triage using agentic tools
- Configure Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for connecting AI agents to internal tools, data sources, and platform services
- Enhance the distributed architecture across multiple cloud platforms to support scalable operations
- Advocate for quality improvements, technical debt reduction, and durability across the organization, engaging with Product Owners and Engineering Managers
- Safeguard sensitive member data in collaboration with Risk and Security teams
- Define and meet backend and system SLOs to support future growth
- Mentor junior developers to elevate engineering practices and foster AI-assisted development expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience creating web applications and services
- 2+ years of professional experience using AI coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
- Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET
- Deep experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular
- Background in RESTful API design, microservices, and modern web architectures
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) configurations and integration processes
- Understanding of RAG, LangChain, graph-based data technologies like GraphRAG or GraphDB
- Skills in containerization with Docker and building CI/CD pipelines
- Qualifications in cloud and hybrid environments for high-performance applications
- Familiarity with streaming or distributed messaging platforms like Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical design discussions
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
