We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer (Full-Time) to bring Krisp’s products and stories to life through high-quality video content.
You’ll support both major product launches and smaller feature releases, creating SaaS-focused videos for LinkedIn, X, in-product experiences, and other marketing channels. Your work will combine product walkthroughs, motion graphics, stock footage, AI-generated content, and voiceovers to create compelling narratives that communicate Krisp’s technology, value, and impact.
This is a hands-on creative role that combines motion design, video editing, and storytelling. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Product teams across multiple channels and business lines.
What you'll do
- Produce engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, X, and in-product use, combining product walkthroughs, animation, and storytelling.
- Create video content for smaller feature releases, major product launches, and broader brand communication.
- Translate complex product features into clear visual narratives that communicate real use cases and customer value.
- Record, edit, and animate product UI flows, screen captures, and voiceovers to create polished product demos.
- Use advanced animation, thoughtful transitions, and subtle motion effects to make each video feel modern and refined.
- Use AI tools such as Kling AI, Synthesia, Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney to support scripting, production, animation, and editing.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to shape the creative direction, messaging, and narrative of each video.
- Maintain consistency across motion graphics, titles, product visuals, and Krisp’s broader visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality, platform-optimized video assets on schedule.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or AI-focused company.
- Proven ability to plan, produce, and deliver complete video projects from concept to final output with minimal direction.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product-focused, launch-related, and social-first video content.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
- A strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to make complex product experiences feel simple, human, and memorable.
- Excellent judgment around pacing, composition, animation, editing, and visual detail.
- A self-starter mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity about AI, emerging creative technologies, and the evolving role of video in product-led marketing.
