About the Job:
We're looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to power the execution engine behind Finom's Lifecycle Marketing function.
You'll build and deliver campaigns and experiments at scale—owning the intake process, the technical data layer, and the infrastructure that lets us prove what works. You'll manage campaign deployment, drive experimentation and analysis, and contribute insights that shape lifecycle strategy.
You'll partner closely with lifecycle, data, product, MarTech, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are tightly integrated into the broader growth engine.
What you'll do:
Build multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) in our Customer Engagement Platform, owning the deployment process end-to-end: audience setup, journey logic, rendering, QA, and launch
Run the intake process for campaign requests from product, growth, brand, and other teams—triage, scope, prioritize, and ensure delivery on time and to standard
Work with data, product, and MarTech teams to build new and strengthen existing data attributes, events, and schemas that power segmentation and personalization
Set up control groups, holdouts, and A/B tests in the CEP; partner with data on experiment design and statistical validation
Lead campaign performance reporting in partnership with the data team—define requirements, drive dashboard development, and surface insights to stakeholders
Maintain platform hygiene: templates, shared assets, documentation
What you'll bring:
5+ years in marketing operations or CRM roles—hands-on building campaigns in Customer Engagement Platforms
Hands-on experience with Braze
Strong understanding of data flows, event tracking, and how CEPs integrate with data warehouses
Experience managing intake processes, timelines, and delivery across multiple stakeholders
Process-oriented with a zero-error mindset
Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams

Experience with experimentation methodology and A/B testing
SQL for segmentation validation and data QA
Experience building or contributing to dashboards (Looker, Metabase, Amplitude, or similar)
HTML/CSS and Liquid for email building and troubleshooting
B2B or fintech experience
International or high-growth scale-up experience
